**Your new company**
This Government Department is the independent federal agency in charge of organising, conducting and supervising government parties during industrial actions.

**Your new role**
A the Team Leader, you will support the Assistant Director in the day to day management of matters relating to the Helpdesk and Systems. This role has a particular focus on the management of the agency’s bespoke HR systems and participating in section planning for short term tasks and contributing to strategic planning for longer term initiatives.

**Your role will involve, but not be limited to;**

- You will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects relating to the TEW, including the development of recruitment initiatives and mechanisms for keeping in touch with the TEW.
- Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain the integrity, availability and capability of TEW systems including data input and reporting requirements.
- Provide expertise and technical knowledge in the management and end to end functionality of the TEW information systems, including administration.
