**Your new company**

This Federal Government Department is looking for an APS6 Accounts Team Leader to lead small team. They are looking for someone with strong Technology One and Financial Operations experience in a Commonwealth Government environment.

**Your new role**

Under the direction and oversight of the
**Assistant Director, Financial Operations** the occupant will be required to contribute to General Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Debt Management.
- Manage the Accounts team’s workload and daily activities
- Compile Accounts information for reporting purposes
- Coach and manage two staff members (APS5’s)
- Undertake payment runs - Finance One and SAP
- Post batches/document files
- Undertake outstanding invoice approval follow-ups
- Process credit notes
- Assist staff to handle incoming communications
- Post invoices, credit notes and receipts

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Technology One, Finance One and some SAP experience
- Demonstrate experience in a similar role, high performer with existing skills
- Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship)
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisation skills

**What you'll get in return**
