We provide accounting, finance and management services to hotel groups. We are seeking for an experienced and passionate Property Officer (permanent full-time or part-time) to join our friendly and supportive team.

Brand new on-site gym, sauna, swimming pool and on-site secure parking are available. 24/7 security building with trams and trains at doorstep. Only 500 meters to Melbourne Central.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a wide range of accountabilities, including:

- Manage the portfolio of apartments.
- Maintaining close liaison with the owner, occupiers and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements/issues.
- Prepare monthly invoices and statements to be sent to owners.
- Arrange payment of contractor’s invoices and rates.
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

Skills and experience preferred
- Property management
- Trust account and legislation
- Strong verbal and written skills
- A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- A proactive, approachable and professional demeanour with a high level of attention to detail.
- A natural ability to problem solve and multi task in what is often a fast paced environment
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and fresh ideas.
- Experience using Real Estate and Hotel Management software preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
