Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all team members are delivering excellent service to our guests.
- Manage and schedule front office staff to maintain optimal efficiency and service coverage.
- Use the RMS Property Management System to manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Train, mentor, and support front office team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Address and resolve guest issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports to ensure financial goals are met.
- Implement and maintain high standards of operational procedures and service excellence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in RMS Property Management System.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $84,987.82 per year
