**About the role**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Review and maintain both internal and external facing collateral and help guides
- Review and maintain digital intranet including collecting user experience feedback and making improvement recommendations
- Maintain digital ad spec information
- Maximise the performance of digital products by tracking commercial assets (qualitative & quantitative) to assist informing future products, reports and case studies
- Deliver a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests, especially questions from clients and with client requirements

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset
- Experience in a busy sales support role, managing client databases, and research programs
- A strong interest in digital media platforms and content
- Keen interest in data, marketing strategy & the evolution of digital audio
- Previous experience with digital ad servers and/or DMP favourable but not required
