**A little bit about the role**

As our **Production Coordinator,** you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes. - Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities
- Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met
- Operating machinery and overseeing product quality
- Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipment

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A manufacturing/production or retail background; you are comfortable operating machinery
- Experience supervising a small production team
- You are a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient
- Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks and empower them to live their best lives
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team
- Forklift ticket desirable
- Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial
