**Logistics Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our administration and logistics functions in a dynamic commercial environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established organization that supplies high-end furniture and interior products across Australia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating logistics operations to ensure efficient product delivery
  • Assisting in the administration of office duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve logistical issues
  • Utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience in distribution coordination or sales administration, preferably within the furniture or fit-out industry
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and project delivery times

Interviews will take place immediately, with the role commencing as soon as possible. The working hours are Monday to Friday only.
