Independent Monitoring Consultants is a well-established, fully Australian owned water and environmental monitoring consultancy, with a national and international presence, located in North Parramatta. This is an opportunity to work with our friendly team.

Supporting the accounting and administration team, you will manage daily workflow activities to ensure that deadlines are met. This is a full-time permanent position.

The main focuses of this role are:

- High volume invoice processing
- Managing Accounts Receivable function
- Liaising with clients and internal staffs regarding billing
- Maintaining accounting information
- Data entry
- Assisting with month-end reporting when required
- Answering clients enquires
- Providing general administration duties
- Experience with MYOB
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Tertiary qualified (preferred)
- A strong background in database (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient typing skills with use of MS Word and Intermediate Excel Skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
