We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to fill the APS5 M365 Technical Support Officer role who will function as part of a multi-disciplinary team of IT professionals with some of the key responsibilities of the role being technical escalation, product guidance, incident management, routine maintenance, customer service, maintaining records, developing training materials and assist with governance and business-as-usual activities.

The successful officer will be motivated and have strong communications skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritise workload (including multi-tasking), and enjoy working in a collaborative high paced environment whilst maintaining effective and professional working relationships.

To be eligible for this position applicants must hold a Degree in Information Technology or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
