Trilogy Care is Australia's fastest growing Home Care Package provider and we're on a mission to transform aged care.

Our innovative model gives older Australians more choice, transparency and value, helping them stay independent in their own homes for longer. But it's not just about care, it's about making a meaningful impact on lives and communities.

We're a vibrant, forward thinking team who take pride in creating an empowering, supportive workplace where ideas are valued and people thrive. At Trilogy Care, you'll join a purpose driven organisation that blends heart with innovation, and creativity with real social impact.

The Role

As our Digital Content & Social Media Executive, you'll lead Trilogy Care's digital storytelling across platforms, growing awareness, building trust and generating leads through engaging content. Your role is central to educating the public, supporting families and making aged care easier to understand. You'll create and share content that is informative, creative and aligned with our brand values and business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation & Publishing - Plan, create and publish compelling content across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You'll regularly appear on camera in short form video content that showcases our people, values, services and everyday impact. From educational explainers to behind the scenes footage, you'll drive content that feels real, warm and relevant to older Australians and their families. You'll also encourage and curate UGC, capturing authentic moments from staff, clients and the wider community.

  • Community & Engagement - Build strong online communities by moderating comments and messages, engaging with followers and escalating sensitive issues when required.

  • Strategy & Growth - Spot trends, research competitors and contribute to platform specific strategies (e.g. Instagram Reels, LinkedIn thought leadership). Explore emerging channels such as YouTube Shorts and optimise our content mix accordingly.
  • Performance & Reporting - Track and report on KPIs such as engagement, reach, traffic and online ratings. Provide actionable insights to optimise content strategy and audience performance.
  • Collaboration & Campaigns - Work with the Marketing team on integrated campaigns (advocacy, brand partnerships) and support execution of paid content where required.
  • Brand & Reputation Management - Maintain Trilogy Care's online brand presence and tone, manage online reviews and ensure all content reflects our core values: Value, Choice, Ease and Respect.

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with confidence creating content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Confidence on camera and a proactive approach to storytelling, you're energised by the chance to be the face behind (and in front of) the content, and you know how to bring others along with you
  • Video editing experience (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) and a sharp eye for short form content
  • Solid knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels and social media analytics
