**Job Description Summary**: As the Service Sales Leader - On Demand Revenue you are responsible for leading the On Demand Revenue Service Sales teams. You will be driving non-contract revenue for the ANZ Service business and the Customer Service team processing orders for Spare parts and accessories.
A key part of the role focuses on growth which includes designing and supporting the sales team to implement sales campaigns. Success will be achieved by having strong business acumen and the ability to work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.
Importantly, you will be a reliable and action orientated individual, with the ability to lead and coach a team to drive overall accountability, ownership, and progress against goals and targets.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Lead the On Demand Service (ODS) team, Customer Service team and Imaging accessories Leader to achieve the budgeted revenues on a quarterly and annual basis and contribute to overall Service revenue and profit targets.
- Sets the vision, commercial and operational tactics to develop a strong On Demand Service Sales team, across the various product modalities to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Set team objectives and manage allocation of work through workforce design.
- In conjunction with the Pricing Specialist and Commercials Service Leader, design the pricing profile of all hourly billed labour and parts products, relocations, spare parts, Service Accessories and ODS services, including discount structures and annual price increases.
- Work closely with the Service Contract Sales team, Customer Support Centre & field service teams to co-ordinate service / support solutions for those customers who do not have a Service Contract with GE.
- Ensure customer issues and enquiries are prioritised for resolution
- Lead the collaboration with Sales team on customer communication, escalations, and opportunities for through life support activities of customers equipment.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with customer groups that purchase spare parts from GE and invest in ways to grow revenue in margins from these transactions.
- Provide oversight to the team, to maintain customer records, profiles, account records and all interactions with customers in GEHC’s CRM tools.
- Conducts regular funnel reviews with Service Sales team to drive On Demand Service revenue pacing and assist with any issues.
- Develop reports, presentations and data as required to ensure transparency in relation to progress against monthly, quarterly & annual targets.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Tertiary education in related field
- Solid experience managing teams in commercial, service or marketing leadership roles
- Experience working across a matrix with excellence communication skills at all levels of the business
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare marketplace with a healthcare sales background is advantageous
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement
- The ability to pre-empt and foresee problems before they occur and always have a solution prepared
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
- Compliance with vaccination mandates
- Willingness and ability to travel when required
