The role
- Reporting to the Manager Accounts Payable Services, you will lead a team in providing recruitment, counselling, training, performance management and performance planning for staff. Ensuring that staff are meeting deadlines and achieve desired outcomes within designated timeframes

The successful person

**You will have demonstrated**:

- Ability to travel to Accounts Payable units located across Queensland as required.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and procedures applicable to the accounts payable function consistent with Queensland Health and other government agency directives.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading, managing and developing a diverse team within a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and interpret issues and develop quality options and strategies to resolve complex business matters and implement changes which enhance service delivery.
