We are currently on the lookout for an IT Project Coordinator with aspirations to grow in a project career - who has some experience in working with and supporting multiple projects concurrently.
We will coach you along the way and help you to be the best project coordinator you can be - and you'll out onsite and working remotely representing the CT brand

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Build amazing client and team relationships
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technology teams for fast delivery clients
- Manage project support work to deliver solutions and capabilities to meet client requirements
- Understand, place, track and follow orders for technical services connections
- Communicate with clients, project managers and other stakeholders on task status
- Complete Financial Reports on projects and billing
- Assist PMO with financials, reporting and tracking, RAID tracking
- Other tasks to assist the PMO and business
- Establish priorities to meet deadlines and commitments in a high pressure environment
- Run meetings

The role is based at our site and our clients’ site and is a full-time position.
All our team members are required to obtain and maintain a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
