As a consultant at Adventure World, you'll be a key player in designing unique itineraries that align with our core values of sustainability, responsible travel, wildlife, and authentic cultural experiences. Currently, we're seeking consultants to join our "South America" and "Asia" teams.

**About the role**:

- Collaborate with travel agents and guests, delivering exceptional sales and service support.
- Handle inquiries efficiently across multiple channels in our contact centre environment.
- Provide end-to-end service, organising flights, tours, accommodations, and more.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on systems, destinations, and products.
- Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain flexibility in your schedule, including occasional Saturdays.

**About You**:
Your passion for travel, coupled with strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships, will drive your success. Additionally, you'll:

- Bring customer service experience from a sales-driven environment.
- Demonstrate or be willing to learn strong destination knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
- Be proficient in the Microsoft suite and quick to learn new systems.
