**The Role**

***Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellence in service to all internal and external customers
- Plan, sell & promote the product range & process customer bookings
- Issue Ticketing & Reissues & Refunds on Air Bookings
- Assist with the facilitation of staff travel issuance of travel insurance policies and flight bookings
- Problem solve Air bookings/ticket escalations
- Liaise with Airlines Suppliers on products

**We’d love to talk to you if you have**:

- Travel industry knowledge and understanding of the booking process
- Office administration skills
- Experience using Amadeus FareXpert
- Experience Ticketing
- Prior experience within a Travel Corporation Coach Brands Contact Centre - highly regarded
- Experience using Amadeus/Calypso - highly regarded
