This role involves managing a high volume of customers, tasked with selling packages and helping each customer create an incredible travel experience.
You will provide excellent customer service by offering general information relating to services, packages, and pricing. You will also recommend solutions that meet the needs of both the business and customer.
Key responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting additional sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about customer sales, driven to succeed, and enjoys a challenge. They must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and be extremely passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in retail sales or travel experience
