**Sales Consultant - The Travel Corporation**:

**We want people to join our team who will be passionate ambassadors for all brands under The Travel Corporation umbrella (Contiki, Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations & Luxury Gold).**

**The Role**

TTC are looking for a number of Sales Consultants to join our contact centre team. As a TTC Sales Consultant, you will provide consistently high levels of support to our travel agent partners and direct customers whilst working towards brand and business sales targets.

Now is a great time to join TTC. With full training provided across our products and systems, we will set you up for success. Whether you’re new to travel or an experienced professional, we’d love to hear from you.

Based out of our Bondi Junction head office (flexible working options available), key responsibilities will include;
- Work together with our travel agent partners providing consistent high levels of sales and service support
- Address queries in an efficient manner in a multi-channel contact centre environment
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and service targets
- Maintain a high level of systems and product knowledge, completing all relevant training updates
- Address agent issues in an appropriate manner, escalating as required
- Take note of customer and agent feedback and relay to management to assist in the continuous improvement process
- Work a flexible roster including weekend work

You will bring a passion for travel and display this at all times with our agent partners and guests. You’ll be an excellent communicator and building strong relationships will come naturally.

You will also;
- Bring strong experience working in a service based role in a sales driven environment
- Possess a flexible approach to work as you work across competing demands - a jack of all trades
- Display high level of customer service at all times
- you’ll be equally adept at providing high levels of sales support as you will with customer issues/escalations
- Work well within a team and autonomously
- Be proficient across the Microsoft suite and have the ability to pick up new systems with ease
