**About the Role**

As a North America Destination Expert, you’ll design unforgettable itineraries that showcase the continent’s incredible diversity - from wild landscapes and cultural landmarks to vibrant cities and hidden gems. You will:

- Provide outstanding sales and service support in a fast-paced contact centre.
- Organise flights, tours, accommodation and experiences from start to finish.
- Manage air travel components to ensure all connections and travel details are accurate.
- Stay up to date with destinations, systems and product offerings.
- Collaborate with travel agents and guests to craft bespoke journeys.
- Gather and share customer feedback to enhance our services.

**About You**

Your passion for North America and ability to bring destinations to life will make you a perfect fit. You will also:

- Have at least 12 months of sales experience (preferably in the travel industry), with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Possess (or be eager to learn) in-depth knowledge of North American destinations, from Alaska to the Appalachians and everything in between.
- Be highly organised, adaptable and detail-oriented.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
