We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing network and cloud security consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and IT support to ensure a positive experience for our clients. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to take ownership of and resolve customer issues with ease.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage customer experience through exceptional communication and personal accountability
- Provide support for IT environments and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Handle and own challenging calls with a strong work ethic and passion for helping others
- Collaborate with the team to provide technical incident, request, and change control support for major brand name customers
- Ensure quality delivery of cloud, networking, and security operations within defined service level agreements across multiple platforms
- Work on a rotating roster between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm, including accepting or supplying handover of tickets from our overseas team
**Requirements**:
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge and proficiency with computers with basic PC troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive and independent with a quick learning ability
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work well in a team
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of technology, including cloud, security, networking, and more
