A leader in the Australasian market of healthcare products in Melbourne requires an IT Infrastructure Manager for a permanent position with scope for progression. This organisation takes pride in providing exceptional service to its clients.
**Your new role**
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Manage of service desk teams leads and team members.
- Providing guidance and leadership in managing, measuring, monitoring and improving the customer support experience.
- Overseeing all major incidents and service requests and taking ownership of business-wide communications.
- Handling escalations of key customers.
- Developing and managing SLA’s and managing team & individual KPI’s
- Developing procedures and processes for the Service Desk.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a Helpdesk Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Hardware and Network troubleshooting.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience allocating resources and working with vendors.
