**What you'll do**

As a Product Manager in the Next Generation Tribe in the Plan and Shop Domain, you will play a pivotal role in being our organised, data savvy, and technically-oriented Product person, defining and executing product strategies that align with our business objectives. In this role, you will work with both the Australia and the New Zealand team in bringing to life Woolworth’s future digital platforms.

**What you’ll bring**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- Product and commercial acumen: outstanding stakeholder management, a clear framework for prioritisation, the ability to define and deliver against project milestones and the ability to clearly communicate the benefit of a feature and how it will deliver both customer value and business outcomes.
- A data mindset: you have a good understanding of data modelling and are ready to roll your sleeves up to understand and analyse the data to help you and your stakeholders make informed decisions about the data strategy - balancing both commercial and architectural points of view to get to the right outcome.
- Technical acumen: Work closely with your partners in Engineering to help drive the transformation of Woolworth’s legacy admin systems - bringing a product lens to the technical discussions being had.
- Curiosity: You don’t need to know all the answers but you are great at asking the right question to help ensure teams are addressing the right problems and that new systems being developed are scalable - meeting the current and future needs of the business.Stakeholder management skills: You have demonstrated your ability to form trusted partnerships with PMs and Technical leads across different squads and Tribes.
