
Product Integration Manager

The Product Integration team is responsible for driving the strategic approach to audience growth across our brands, developing commercial integration for client solutions and the commercialisation of initiatives to drive profitable growth. The team is also responsible for ensuring the profitability of product initiatives to meet the needs of our clients and revenue targets.
**What’s the role?**
- Deliver client revenue and growth for masthead products and categories while ensuring positive tension to balance needs of clients.
- Contribute to the product development process to ensure profitable growth for the client products and initiatives.
- Deliver strategic marketing solutions for clients to connect and engage with our audience to drive profitable growth.
- Support in driving our brand audience growth strategy
- Identify new market opportunities and pivot initiatives around evolving market needs
- Build and nurture stakeholder management of relationships between product owners/editorial/CCP/newsamp/sales when developing opportunities and initiatives.
- Support in the development of annual and qtrly road maps of opportunities for sales in partnership with Networking Planning and Product owners.
- Manages the day to day relationship between relevant stakeholders.
**Who you are**
- Understanding the commercial outcomes required to win client business, and know how to work within a team to achieve this outcomes
- Have the ability to manage the end to end output and experienced in leading integrated commercial solutions
- Experience in client and category business planning, market pitching and securing market share
- Create single minded ideas and drive commercial solutions for the business end to end
- An eye for detail and an acumen for numbers with strong presentation skills
- A proven track record for developing and delivering successful client partnership campaigns
- A collaborative leader, a results-oriented problem solver, and a business-builder with a customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated success in building and growing client relationships and revenue
- Experience building very strong personal relationships, overcoming tough issues in positive ways and building lasting partnerships
- Highly organised; is used to managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong influencing capability and strong ability to negotiate while maintaining a respectful approach
