**About the Opportunity**

The Product Manager works in partnership with product managers across Endeavour to sequence activity across squads and tribes. They are a servant leader to their squad encouraging devolved decision making and putting the needs of customers and team first.

This Product Manager has responsibility of managing several fulfillment systems that operate across the entire suite of Endeavour Group Brands. Over the last 2 years we have high performing squads that are capable of transforming the technical landscape that supports the business future requirements. The role is to continue to develop these systems, transition our OMS into a new solution as well provide new capabilities that set EDG brands up for future success.

This leader will succeed through their ability to empower their team through insights and data, understand the business landscape and effectively communicate with stakeholders and deliver on key objectives.
- Aligning with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and transparency on deliverables
- Ensuring the squad backlog is clearly expressed and visible, transparent and clear to all.
- Ensuring that backlog items are “ready” for a team to deliver.
- Defining milestones and ensuring delivery to plan.
- Responsible for maximising the value of the work done by:

- Identifying the value of each epic to ensure that the right value is being delivered at the right time.
- Ordering the squad backlog to maximise the value of the squads output.
- Achieving performance OKRs
- Works with other product managers and senior product managers to ensure that their squad backlog is prioritised appropriately to meet cross team dependencies.
- Works closely with the squad to remove impediments and “roadblocks” for the squad.
- Decides whether the work the squad has delivered is ready for release.
- Works with the squad to define criteria for work to be released.
- Accountable for the quality of the squad’s released work.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- +5 years experience in digital or retail businesses with experience in leading teams to build and continuously improve compelling digital assets
- Demonstrated Examples of system transformation in a Fuliflment/OMS platform.
- Experience in developing and embedding new platforms and order flows through networks
- Data Insights - Can access and analyse data relating to the product and/or squad mission, and implement relevant product changes
- Value Proposition - Can co-create value propositions that appeal to customers
- Lifecycle management - Can identify where the product features are in its lifecycle and decide on how best to manage its performance
- Strategy - Can explain how the squad roadmap contributes and delivers the Fulfillment Strategy
- Financial Acumen - Understands the contribution each squad makes towards achieving the Tribe’s financial goals
- Vendor Management - Participates in vendor evaluations to help ensure successful delivery of the best outcome.
- Demonstrable ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both within the squad and across the wider Endeavour ecosystem
- Develops teams that set and deliver to high standards, drive innovation and create value autonomously, while living our culture and values.
- Strong ability to prioritise, balancing delivery in the short-term while supporting the overall tribe strategy
- Experience working in an agile organisation or with cross functional agile teams
