**Your Opportunity**:
Due to an internal promotion, Care with Quality is looking for a customer focused, organised and supportive Administration Officer/receptionist to join their Essendon based team. The role will be the face of Care with Quality and will provide support to our Operations team, clients and care workers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring outstanding customer service is provided
- Provide hands-on operational support to the team, including compliance maintenance and administrative support for projects
- Ensure the overall presentation and operations of the office are running smoothly
- Manage rooms/desk bookings as required

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a supportive, friendly, and organised individual with excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills to join our team.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Strong IT skills and comfortable learning new systems
- High level of customer service and attention to detail
- Genuine desire to help people and provide outstanding service
