About the role
As an Administration Officer with Serco, you’ll be performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks in support of an essential Australian Government department, based at our beautiful Essendon Fields office. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, the entire team works on site.
The centre operates from 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to select your preferred roster.

**Across an average week, you could expect to**:
Participate in coaching & development opportunities with your Team Leader
Manage internal/external correspondence on behalf of an Australian Government department
Double and triple check that details are correct before initiating printing of sensitive documents
Make outbound calls to follow up where additional information is required
Participate in a competition with your team - the winner always gets a prize
**Requirements**:
Applicants will need to successfully complete relevant security clearances and psychometric profiling as part of pre-employment checks.
Must hold Australian Citizenship
