About the role

You’ll be fully supported whilst learning and provided with full training so you can succeed in the position.

What's involved:

- Credit risk management of existing accounts for both Australia and New Zealand (Credit Limit Review Processes)
- Document management, reviewing and registering returned documentation as well as correctly distribution mail

Who we’re looking for

You will bring a strong customer service background, coupled with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be decisive and able to make assessment decisions correctly and confidently. You can quickly problem solve issues whilst remaining calm under pressure.

You will be motivated, friendly, and approachable with well-developed interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working in a team environment, whilst being driven to work autonomously and effectively time manage your own work.

You’ll need:

- Demonstrated customer service or administration experience, ideally working within a high-volume setting such as an inbound call centre
- Well-developed communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain productivity in a high performing team
- Sound computer skills with the ability to troubleshoot through any system issues that may arise
