Your Role

In this newly created position, your key responsibilities will encompass sales, technical skills, and product understanding. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be critical in developing regional plans to grow key accounts, identify new opportunities and create demand for both long
- and short-term growth.

Through product understanding, you will maintain a thorough agronomic and technical knowledge of products and services provided by our client.

Further to the above, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Maintain and expand relationships with key strategic customers

Communicate and execute product line sales plans

Analyse regional market trends, gather market intelligence and provide advice on sales and marketing activities, product performance and competitor activities

Recommend new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase sales potential and customer satisfaction

Participate in annual business planning cycle activities

Manage escalated customer complaints, and agronomic issues to ensure they are resolved

Oversee team members demand planning including volume, seed treatments and expected time to market

Provide inputs and projections for the 5- and 10- year business plans based on assessment of market situation

About You

Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will present significant experience in agricultural sales.

To be considered for the role, it is important that you can address the following:
Agronomy related degree (preferred)

Current manual drivers licence

Strong computer literacy - MS Office, Data analysis software, etc.

Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce preferably)

Ability to carry out extensive travel and driving throughout the region
