Lead the launch of a new nursing program in one of Australia's most liveable cities.

Penny Royal College is a Registered Training Organisation with a strong commitment to high-quality, student-focused education. As we prepare to introduce our Diploma of Nursing in Hobart, we are seeking an experienced and driven Course Coordinator to lead the program from inception to delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of vocational nursing education in Tasmania, while working alongside a passionate and collaborative academic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead course development and delivery in alignment with ANMAC and ASQA standards
- Oversee clinical placement coordination and industry engagement
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational needs of the course
- Mentor and support nursing educators and students
- Deliver lectures and contribute to a high-quality, engaging learning environment
- Monitor compliance, student outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

- Bachelor of Nursing and revelant postgraduate qualification
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122
- Minimum of 3 years experience in nursing education, including course coordination
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong understanding of the VET Quality Framework and ANMAC accreditation processes
- Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
