We are currently looking for an experienced **State Manager **to join the management team at Creative Activation leading a team of full time and part-time sales reps across Melbourne representing a leading key client partner - **Vodafone**.

**About the role**

As the **State Manager**, your role is pivotal in driving and ensuring first class execution of client plans by your Sales team. Therefore, your role will largely focus on achieving sales results and coaching & training. Our coverage model includes Grocery, Mass & Convenience chains.

We are ideally looking for a hands on, collaborative Leader that can bring sales coaching experience in a retail or Field Marketing environment as well as drive fresh insights & ideas.

The role is split 60/40 between time in Field and Office therefore access to a car and a current driver’s licence is required.

**To be considered for the role you must have**:

- Previous experience in a people/team management role in either Retail or Field Marketing.
- Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment with the ability to identify team opportunity areas and build strategies to ensure high performance.
- Ability to analyse sales reports and build team action plans to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Strong time and priority management skills.
