**About the role**
Gen Physio is a multi-disciplinary, collaborative allied health provider that specialises in delivering home visit services. We are seeking an experienced State Manager for Victoria and potentially Adelaide who will play a key role in achieving performance targets and establishing relationships within the community. This role will be responsible for delivering the company’s expectations surrounding but not limited to, client, clinician support and coordination, business development, business growth, service engagement and delivery.

**Duties**
- Grow and develop Gen Physio’s allied health services and offerings
- Liaise, network, and build relationships with potential referrers identifying referral pathways and stakeholders
- Promote and market Gen Physio’s services and activities
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team in line with organisational strategy and development
- Clinical leadership and management of the multi-disciplinary allied health team
- Management of operational Measures for Success KPIs for your state
- Support and coordinate the activities of the Allied Health Team to ensure services are coordinated and delivered in line with client needs and goals, organisational objectives, and legislative and funding body requirements

**Skills & Experience**
- Clinical allied health background at a Senior Level with current industry membership with experience delivering person-centred NDIS services essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Leadership and management at a State Level of multi-disciplinary teams’ essential, with a strong emphasis on managing people
- Understanding of and proven NDIS and HCP billing practices
- Leadership experience including NDIS practice standards and aged care quality and safety standards
- Strong community and industry networks
- Willingness to undertake a reduced case load of therapeutic supports during the initial stage of growth
- Knowledge and experience of delivering and managing business development processes in a fast-paced competitive NDIS/HCP and private health care market
- Proven record of success in the approach of building sector engagement and relationships that support growth targets
- Innovative business professional who has exceptional influencing and communication skills
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and developing a team that has honesty and integrity at its heart
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current valid driver’s license
