**The Role**
The Learning and Development Administrator provides direct line of administrative support to the Learning and Development Specialist (Career Entry Programs). You will play a integral role with engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to help deliver Early Career Programs within MinRes.
You will report directly to the Learning and Development Advisor, where you will be based at our HQ office on Osborne Park. You will be joining a great team culture and this position has strong potential to further develop your career pathway.
**Key deliverables**:
- Provide a direct line of administrative support to the Learning Development Specialist (white collar) against the strategies, systems and processes that support capability development and early career development programs.
- Support the running and updating of systems management for Graduates, Vacation Students and Interns as well as any other pathway program in the white-collar portfolio.
- Ensure that associated records are well maintained, accurate and accessible to the appropriate parties, including the Graduate SharePoint
- Assist with the annual intake of Graduate and Vacation Students, in particular their inductions weeks (including onboarding, mobilisation, and other administrative duties)
- Support the coordination of the MinRes Graduate and Vacation Student/Internship programs including, program rotations, scheduling check ins, collating feedback.
- Preparation and finalisation of the monthly Graduate Newsletter
- Assist in the procurement and payment of goods and services, e.g. Merchandise, PPE, Catering for events
- Assist in the facilitation of all events associated with career entry programs including development workshops, social networking and special presentations.
- Assist and provide administration support for all external Career events.
- Support and liaise with Talent Recruitment team as required.
- Identify and communicate any discrepancies, non-conformance, or areas for correction or improvement within systems and processes.
- Develop metrics to track and record data.
- Support in the management of the learning and development inbox including external pathway queries, allocation of tasks and ensuring items are responded to in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the whole L&D/OD team as required.
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment or Cert III in Business or Certificate IV in Human Resources Management OR Equivalent Relevant Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the resources industry
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Exceptional people skills across a diverse range and level of stakeholder
- Excellent organisational and document management skills
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A proactive approach with outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office suite skills
- Digital design experience is high desirable (i.e., PowerPoint, CANVA, Excel, Outlook etc)
