**About the Organisation**:
The Amy Gillett Foundation (AGF) is Australia’s leading bike rider safety organisation. It was established in 2006 with the sole purpose of promoting safe cycling and reducing the incidence of death and injury to Australian bike riders.

**About the Role**:
The Events & Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for organising events that raise awareness and funding for Amy Gillett Foundation’s crucial work. The role will also focus on coordinating fundraising campaigns, with the purpose of attracting support and donations for the cause.

Duties will include:

- Coordinating and organising events in accordance with financial budgets and time constraints.
- Booking venues, coordinating quotes and liaising with stakeholders and vendors.
- Coordinating fundraising campaigns to increase philanthropic income.
- Administering donor acquisition and retention plans to increase donations.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of AGF’s new CRM database.
- Assisting with creative decisions around events and fundraising campaigns to maximise support.

To be considered for the role you must have:

- A solid background in fundraising and/or events roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders.
- A proactive, ambitious and entrepreneurial manner.
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software and social media platforms.
- A team player attitude, with a willingness to work according to AGF’s Core values.
