As a Financial Coordinator, this role serves as a pivotal asset to the local ANZ business. It’s designed to balance the workload and maintain optimal team performance, thereby making a significant contribution to the overall business performance.

Essentially, this role integrates Accounts Receivable (AR) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities, each constituting 50% of the role. Half of the role is dedicated to AR, while the other half focuses on FP&A.

In addition to these primary responsibilities, the role supports both internal and external audits. This involves providing necessary information, offering clarifications, and handling a variety of ad-hoc tasks and reporting as required.

Regarding AR responsibilities, this role generates monthly AR Aging reports, manages cash collections, allocates payments to invoices, maintains a Cash Flow Report, performs monthly AR GL reconciliations, and handles billing and invoices.

In terms of FP&A aspects, the role reconciles department headcount, tracks movements and cost change, maintains financial reporting systems, assists with data collection and consolidation, supports monthly forecasts and month-end financial reports, and aids in business and strategic planning.

A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to rebalance priorities. This ensures smooth operations, efficient distribution of workload, and robust financial management. Ultimately, it’s this strategic rebalancing that enhances the overall performance of the team and the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Proficient in IT, financial reporting, or accounting software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Capable of conducting financial analysis and gathering relevant data to solve routine financial issues
