Finance Coordinator

**What’s the role?**

We’re looking for a smart, organised and numbers-driven **Finance Coordinator** to join our growing Partnerships & Operations team at Medium Rare.

**What you’ll be doing**:
+ **Managing team budgets** in our project management system so that client teams have clear, up-to-date financial visibility.

+ **Tracking project P&Ls** and flagging any issues early so teams can respond proactively.

+ **Handling supplier comms** - from raising purchase orders and following up payments to setting up new suppliers in our payment and risk systems.

+ **Collaborating with stakeholders** across the agency and with our clients to keep everything on track.

You’ll report to the **Head of Partnerships & Operations** and sit within our **partnerships team**.

**Who are you?**

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills — especially when liaising with internal teams and suppliers.

+ Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy with numbers.

+ Excel confidence (formulas, pivot tables, formatting) and a knack for picking up new systems quickly.

+ A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from others.

**Bonus if you have**:
+ Experience with finance systems like Concur or JDE.

+ Spent time in a content, media or creative environment.
