As a Service Advisor you will act as the main contact between the Dealership and the client, for the repair and service maintenance of their vehicles.

The successful applicants will demonstrate a professional approach, passion, willingness to follow process and an eager attitude to provide an exceptional experience for our clientele. We will give you the tools and the training to be successful in this role.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this is a dynamic and rewarding position.

As a Service Advisor, your role will include:

• Meeting and greeting clients promptly and courteously as they drop off their vehicles to be serviced

• Ensuring you create an exceptional client experience

• Checking clients in & out when their service is complete, processing their payment & showing them back to their vehicle

• Concerns and complaints with prompt solution-based outcomes

• Ensuring Technicians are briefed appropriately on all issues a client raises in relation to their vehicle

• Offering accurate estimates for clients requiring additional work or repairs

To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership or Automotive environment is required.

• Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone

• Must like helping clients & solving problems

• Attention to Accuracy and a high attention to detail is a must

• Be positive individual and to change and championing Client Experiences

• Current manual driver's license
