Technical Demonstrator

**PPG Industries**:
**AUS - Eastern Creek Office**:
As a Technical Demonstrator, you will report to Business Manager. And you will responsible for winning new and retaining existing business, demonstrating the benefits of using PPG over competitor brands, i.e. product, color and value added programs & services within your Territory. You will get regular training meetings, paid annual leave.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to ensuring that PPG meets EH&S regulations by adhering to guidelines & procedures for safe work practices & educating customers in the safe use of all PPG products and equipment
- Ensure high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and repeat business with customers by providing back-up support of PPG products & services.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by providing technical support to customers of PPG products & services.
- Ensure all demonstrations are documented and reported back to customer in conjunction with relevant Manager
- Participate in any field trials of new products when required.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers & Distributor stakeholders
- Identify and grow opportunities within the market and collaborate with the relevant sales teams to ensure growth is achieved.
- Maintain and keep up to date records in Vantage Point or any other CRM system used by PPG, complete any other assigned PPG training prior to the due date.

**Qualifications**
- Vehicle Painting Trade Certificate in the Refinish industry is essential.
- About 5 years of relevant experience
- Sound sales experience.
- Current Drivers License
- This position does require travel to regional areas of NSW/ACT which will include overnight and or several night stays.
