**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Provide expert clinical knowledge, change management and decision-making skills to ensure quality oversight and leadership of the Adoption and Optimisation team in their provision of support and optimisation services.
- Provide management and direction to the Adoption and Optimisation team to ensure efficient delivery of the required services and team function.
- Provision of advanced clinical leadership through extensive collaboration and high functioning stakeholder consultation with Executive Leadership, clinicians, clinical units and relevant service managers regarding the safe and effective usage of the clinical systems throughout SCHHS.
- Establish partnerships throughout the state-wide eHealth digital hospital program teams to enable the provision of clinical support, engagement, consultation, negotiation and communication to ensure the safe effective use of the clinical systems and improve patient safety.
- Supervise and support the processes for management of ieMR optimisation initiatives, including the prioritisation of and advocacy for locally raised enhancement requests, and the impact assessment and implementation of state-wide upgrades and enhancements.
