**The role**: To be successful in this role you will be exceptionally organised as you will manage all administrative aspects of the team including travel bookings, fleet cars and facilities. Furthermore, you will have excellent customer service skills by communicating effectively, negotiating, advising and working collaboratively with others to reach decisions.
Are you right for this role?As you will be the main support for the Sunshine Coast Digital Partnership Team, you will demonstrate the following key capabilities:
- Ability to deliver high quality administrative support, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
- Knowledge of policies and practices relating to finance, human resources and records management.
- Experience in the use of computers and software packages (e.g. Office 365, Teams).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
- Experience in solving problems and implementing solutions within a set timeframe.
It would be highly desirable if you held an open 'C' class driver's licence and have previous experience in using ServiceNow and SAP (S4 HANA)
**About Customer Services Branch - eHealth Queensland**: The Customer Services Branch is accountable for customer service excellence delivered on behalf of eHealth Queensland to its customers including the 16 Hospital and Health Services and the Department of Health - representing more than 70,000 employees.
