**About the Role**:
The Industrial Relations Manager works in a small team of industrial relations (IR) specialists providing advice relating to employment conditions and matters, Government sector wide industrial policy (and related), award and legislation interpretation, enterprise agreement planning, support to Visiting Medical Officer condition reviews, in addition to support and guidance on dispute resolution.

The Industrial Relations Manager also supports the delivery of strategic planning on workforce matters and conditions, communication of IR information, and monitoring of compliance.
