**About our client**:
Our client is a locally owned accounting and auditing firm offering a range of services to the Bendigo and surrounding community, since 2010. They are currently seeking an entry-level Receptionist to join their team, who will be given the opportunity to complete a Certificate III (and/or IV) in Business Administration.

**What our client will offer you as their Receptionist and/ or Business Trainee**:
You will be employed on an ongoing, full-time basis and be paid **above-award wages** to learn and expand your knowledge and practical experience in a busy office environment.

Upon successful completion of your TAFE course, you will gain an accredited Certificate III (and/or IV) in Business Administration.

In addition, you will work with experts in their field who will teach, mentor, and support you through every step of your traineeship. You will also build a supportive peer network to share your ideas and experiences.

**About the Role**:

- Completing general office errands; dealing with incoming/ outgoing mail and banking.
- Filing, scanning, and handling sensitive documents to be stored appropriately.
- Ensuring the office resources are maintained for the team and clients.
- Supporting the senior administrators with ad hoc administrative duties, where required.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop in a role.
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills and represent the organisation positively.
- Proficient computer skills, with a basic understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
