Exciting opportunity to join Visy as a Talent Acquisition Administrator on a 6-month contract

Visy is powering the circular economy, by providing sustainable, digitally advanced supply chain solutions. We combine our substantial volume, footprint and infrastructure - rooted in our 75 years of manufacturing experience, to provide customised logistics solutions to the industrial, beverage and consumer goods sectors. Offering a range of logistics services from warehousing, contract logistics, linehaul, intermodal transport, global freight forwarding and bulk logistics, we do logistics differently.

**The Opportunity**:
**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding packs
- Coordinate background checks and medical assessments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support recruitment projects and help deliver outcomes on time
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external providers

**What You Will Bring**:

- Demonstrated experience in an administration, or office support role
- Experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
