As Project Governance Officer in the SSQ Project Management Office (PMO) you will:

- Assist with the development of project governance processes and templates for the organisation
- Assist with the coordination of project and program reporting of activities across SSQ
- Monitor risk and issue logs and support the identification and escalation of relevant risks and issues
- Assist with quality assurance of project documentation, to ensure compliance with organisational and departmental standards
- Assist with the administration of the PMO's web resources, including Project HQ
- Provide support for the SSQ Project and Program Management Board (including scheduling of meetings, preparation and circulation of agendas, drafting minutes etc)
- Assist with standups, forums and PMs' Yarning Space, including managing associated Planner boards
- Foster relationships through collaborative forums, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations
