**The Opportunity**:
Minda has a unique opportunity for a highly organised Minor Works Coordinator to organise planned and reactive building and maintenance work, predominantly across Minda properties.

Reporting to the Property Maintenance Manager, the role will be required to:

- Coordinate minor works and maintenance of Minda properties.
- Coordinate office moves and reconfigurations.
- Track and report work against timelines and budgets, and report on variances.
- Manage inquiries and liaise with Minda clients, stakeholders, and Contractors.
- Attend meetings and minor works inspections, and capture minutes and reports.
- Coordinate alternative accommodation for clients requiring temporary relocation.
- Coordinate end of lease repairs, and provide administrative support to a team.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven experience in coordination roles in a facilities or property services environment.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of planning requirements for property works.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and tradies.
- Sound administration skills and proficiency with the MS office suite.
- Ability to compile clear, concise reports and assist with cost estimation activities.
- Exceptional time management skills, with ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the disability, aged care, or similar community services organisation.
- Trade qualification or significant experience in maintenance coordination works.

**Other**:

- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Current and unrestricted South Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Up to date vaccinations against Covid-19.
