**LIFESTYLE COORDINATOR**

Mayflower Brighton is currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and caring Lifestyle
Coordinator to join our team and work alongside our clinical team to ensure residents
maximize their leisure and lifestyle options to enhance their quality of life.

As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for, planning and leading the team in the
delivery of a comprehensive lifestyle program that enhances resident’s recreation options
and quality of life.

**About the role**
- Full Time Position.
- Location -Based at our Brighton Aged Care Home.
- As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will ensure resident’s individual recreation interests
- are established and facilitated.- Working in a team environment, you will encourage residents to socialise, engage with
- community associations and assist in facilitating visits and attendance at events.- Knowledge and understanding of the diverse needs of older people
- Assess and monitor the social, cultural, spiritual and lifestyle needs of all residents in
- the program.- Promotion of recreational opportunities within Mayflower and the broader
- community.- Identify and address team member education needs in response to resident care

needs, complaints, incidents, clinical indicators, audit results and feedback.
