**About the Company**
The Learning Group are a fast growing online education company who offer a fantastic suite of short courses for indidivduals looking for a career change or to upskill into their career path they desire. They are currently in an exciting phase of growth looking to expand their operations nationally and add to their existing suite of courses.
**About the Role**
Due to continued growth, a Student Support Coordinator is required to help ensure their growing student community are provided a first calss level of service and oversee operations. The great thing about this opportunity is the pathway it presents into leadership of operations nationally.
**The Role?**
- Provide a high level of customer service when working with students ensuring their enrolment and student experience is an enjoyable one
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of support team
- Receive inbound support calls and ensure an efficient outcome is achieved
- Work with students right throughout their studies with the business
- Create and distribute important student documentation and files
- Working closely with the Head of Student Support to support students and all team members
- Liaise with tutors to ensure they are supporting the students
- Review assignment submissions from students before allocating to tutors
- Coordination of students and team development and training
- Manage, support and review systems to provide excellence in the care of students and identify continous improvement of operations
- Carry out all tasks outlined by management in a timely and efficient manner
**What’s in it for you?**

**What do you need? (Selection Criteria)**
- Previous customer service experience necessary
- Previous education experience will be highly regarded
- Proven ability to hold mature conversations showing your capability of showing empathy and high levels of customer care
- Demonstrated high level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with people at all levels and be able to handle complaints, crisis and conflicts
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- A willingness to learn and be adaptable and agile
- Someone with an interest to progress into a leadership roles
