**Your Role & Team**:
Our marketing team is growing and we are excited to welcome a newly created role to the team.

The **Demand Generation Lead** will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies aimed at driving demand and generating high-quality leads. You will be the strategic owner of our lead generation campaigns, overseeing everything from strategy and planning to execution and optimisation.

This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation tactics, and how to nurture and convert leads into highly qualified sales opportunities.

This role reports directly to the **Head of Growth** and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Sydney CBD office.

**Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to**:

- Design and implement demand generation strategies that attract and engage qualified leads across multiple marketing channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, design, delivery, and analysis.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Continuously optimise the marketing and sales funnel by identifying bottlenecks, tracking conversion rates, and improving lead nurturing processes.
- Measure campaign performance, adjust strategies, and deliver actionable insights to the business.
- Deliver detailed reporting to measure the impact of demand generation activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure that messaging resonates with target audiences and drives higher lead volumes.

To be successful in the role, you’ll ideally have at least 8 years experience within a B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field within a start-up or scale-up environment. Building on this, you'll come with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.

You will need to have demonstrated experience in designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate high volumes of qualified leads and significantly increase revenue.

Your understanding of B2B marketing tactics, sales cycles, and lead nurturing strategies will come second to none.

Bonus points for proficiency in using data analytics and marketing technology platforms to analyse campaign performance and optimise demand generation efforts.

Lastly you'll have experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms.
