Position Title: Demand Generation Specialist
- Department: Awareness
- This Position Reports to: Marketing & Communications Manager
- **Position Purpose Statement**
The Demand Generation Specialist's key purpose is to own and drive our strategy for demand generation to meet revenue goals through qualified opportunities for sales and business development. The role will collaborate across Business Development, Product, Technology, Customer Operations and the broader Awareness team. Key requirements include driving the macro strategy of tracking qualified pipeline goals, adding value through understanding each awareness channel and associated strategy to continually improve how we generate leads for the business.
- **Key Selection Criteria**
The Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for:
Developing and executing short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
- Driving demand generation programs including account-based campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, and sponsored EDMs and events activities to support quarterly sales pipeline and revenue goals.
- Report on campaign performance so we know exactly what’s working, what’s not, and how we can best reach our goals. You’ll ensure we have detailed insight into all funnel metrics and the ROI across every acquisition channel.
- Work with the Marketing & Communications Manager to control the demand generation budget, conducting data analysis required to inform decisions to reallocate budgets and communicate ROI per channel/tactic. Proactively communicate strategic shifts in budget and planning.
- Partner with our SDR team to prioritise, qualify and score leads, and support SDR prospecting programs.
- Manage and oversee website experiments geared towards optimising conversion of landing pages and signup flows for our inbound lead traffic. Continuously run experiments to optimise conversion rates across all key conversion paths.
Requirements to be considered for this position include:
3+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, SaaS and high-growth marketing experience preferred
- 1+ years of demand generation management in a SaaS environment Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with people at different levels and backgrounds
- Fluency with Google Analytics & marketing automation software (e.g. Hubspot, Pardot) in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
- A visionary approach to fashioning intrepid marketing strategies, and with the experience & ability to focus in on the analytical detail to make it a reality Sound strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- High level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Results oriented and self-motivated
