Payroll Implementation Manager for a global company based in the Melbourne CBD
**Your new company**
This ever-growing company based in Melbourne CBD is looking for a Payroll Implementation manager to join their team on an interim basis to help outsource their payroll.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for the outsourcing of all the global payroll functions across all entities. This will be completed over the course of a 6-12 month period depending on how aggressively this implementation is completed and rolled out. You will be liaising with senior stakeholders of the business to coordinate with vendors to ensure a successful outsourcing program is completed across multiple international entities. There will be gaps within the process where your expertise and knowledge will be needed to develop the payroll function. You will also lead systems upgrades, monitor projects and provide detailed updates on the progression of the implementation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need to have substantial payroll experience as well as project experience of implementation and outsourcing payroll. If you have international payroll experience, this will be highly beneficial as you will be able to make comparisons and will understand the idiosyncrasies of how global payroll operates. You must be available to start this role at short notice,
