**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Electrical Field Service Team Leader to join our Field Service team. Based in Warabrook, you will drive a high-performance team with a focus on safety and quality of work.

You will be an integral customer interface and driving force in the provision of varied electrical services and projects in the NSW mining regions. You'll work with and coordinate your team of technicians on a project by project basis to ensure on time, quality and to budget service delivery.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As the Field Service Team Leader you will lead a high-performing team providing maintenance, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs of High Voltage equipment and systems. The opportunity provides a great blend of on-site, hands-on service work, as well as higher-level strategic and operational leadership responsibilities. Key tasks include:

- On-site electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning and installation
- Being a key contact for customers, ensuring a high level of customer-service
- Supervising, training and developing field service staff to ensure a strong pipeline of talent into the team;
- Providing key support to Team Co-Ordinators
- Continue to develop existing and new relationships with customers, with the aim of increasing market share

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

This opportunity would be perfect for a technician looking for more leadership opportunities in our high-performing HV team. In addition, you will have:

- 5+ years electrical service experience in HV work environments;
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts successfully;
- Previous experience coordinating trades/technical staff/contractors (highly regarded);
- An ability to develop skills and competencies in your team members
- Excellent communicator
- Someone prepared to challenge existing methods but also follow proven processes
- Ability to handle pressure and make decisions on the run

**EDUCATION & QUALFICATIONS**
- Electrical trade qualifications
- Qualified Supervisors Certificate (Electrical)
- HV switching ticket - desirable
