- Listing & Selling property
- Prospecting and cold calling
- Liaising with vendors and buyers
- Conducting open for inspections
- Liaising with solicitors
- Property Marketing
- Business development

**Profile: We are looking for someone with;**
- Prior Residential Real Estate Experience or Sales background
- Live Locally
- Hold an Agents Representative Certificate
- Reliable Car and Drivers Licence
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work Autonomously in a Fast Paced Environment
- Systematic and Organised
- Highly Motivated with a Desire to Learn and Succeed
- Effective Listening Skills
- Positive Attitude and Boundless Energy

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $156,447.98 per year
